An incomplete label RFQ slows quotation, increases error risk and may cause after-sales issues during mass production. Buyers should provide at least:
- Label size, such as 50mm x 80mm
- Material, such as art paper, PP, PET or vinyl
- Adhesive, such as permanent, removable or freezer-grade adhesive
- Quantity, such as 10,000 pcs or 1,000 rolls
- Roll or sheet format
- Printing colors, such as CMYK or Pantone
- Surface finishing, such as matte lamination, gloss lamination, UV or foil
- Application surface, such as glass bottle, plastic jar or paper box
- Environment, such as refrigerated, humid or outdoor use
